### Job Description:

As a Customer Support Specialist at Republic Services, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. In this crucial associate-level role, you will engage with customers remotely to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our services. ### Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Engagement:** Handle incoming customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and chat, ensuring a prompt and courteous response.

- **Issue Resolution:** Identify customer issues and troubleshoot effectively, ensuring swift and appropriate resolutions or timely escalation to the relevant departments.

- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all Republic Services offerings, policies, and procedures to educate customers accurately and effectively.

- **Feedback Loop:** Collect customer feedback and insights, and share this information with the management team to foster continuous improvement in our services.

- **Documentation:** Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions within the CRM system to ensure seamless communication across the team.







- **Collaborative Teamwork:** Work collaboratively with other team members to meet operational goals, share best practices, and contribute to a positive team environment.

- **Continuous Learning:** Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

### Requirements:

- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role or relevant field.

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using customer support tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
