As our Senior Paid Social Specialist, you will manage all our paid social channels to maximise sales and ROAS. Right now, this includes Meta & TikTok. In addition to improving the sales of our 3rd party brands, currently we are launching Rushfaster branded products so this role will be critical in the sales growth of these products and the brand itself. This role is primarily remote (work from home); however, you will need to be based in Australia and some physical presence in Sydney will be required from time to time.
What we need your help with
Here are some of the responsibilities you will handle:
- Control our Paid Social efforts: You will be in charge of everything Paid Social at Rushfaster.
- Strategy Development:
Develop and execute our paid social strategy and ensure it’s aligned with business goals. Identify target audiences and design campaigns tailored to different segments. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to refine strategy.
- Campaign Management: Set up, manage, and optimise paid campaigns. Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the performance of different campaign elements, including ad copy, targeting, and creatives.
- Creative Ideation: Work on creative briefs for development and testing. Provide feedback to creatives to get the creative just right.
- Audience Targeting: Research and test audiences to find best performing target markets.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate advertising budgets across various platforms to optimise ad spend.
Track spending against goals to ensure campaigns stay within budget and maximise return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance using KPIs such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost-per-click (CPC), and ROAS. Generate regular reports on campaign performance, presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Utilise analytics tools like Google Analytics and other performance tracking platforms.
- Optimisation: Continuously optimise campaigns by adjusting bids, refining targeting, and testing ad variations. Implement best practices in SEM campaigns to improve performance and meet or exceed KPIs. Identify opportunities for improvement based on data-driven insights.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with product, creative, and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives. Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure paid efforts align with broader marketing initiatives, such as product launches or promotions. Coordinate with sales or other departments to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Platform Expertise and Innovation: Stay current on updates and new features of relevant platforms. Experiment with emerging ad formats, new platforms, and innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Compliance and Guidelines: Ensure all campaigns comply with advertising platform policies, data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR), and company guidelines.
Monitor changes in platform policies and regulations to avoid disapproved ads or account issues.
- Re-marketing and Re-targeting: Set up and optimise re-marketing and re-targeting campaigns to re-engage users who have interacted with the brand but haven’t converted. Leverage dynamic ads and personalised messaging to increase conversion rates from previous site visitors.
- Customer Journey and Funnel Optimisation: Understand the customer journey and identify opportunities to improve user experience and drive conversions at every stage of the marketing funnel. Optimise landing pages and conversion paths to enhance user experience and maximise ROI.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of competitor activities, ad creatives, and strategies to benchmark and improve campaign performance.
Use competitive insights to refine targeting, bidding, and content strategies.
About you

- Minimum 5+ years experience in Paid Social: Must have E-commerce experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Google Ads Certifications
- Google Analytics: Advanced Knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Paid Social: Applicants with solid experience in paid social will be highly regarded.

Pay range
