Great opportunity for an experienced Cook to join the growing kitchen team at CJM Hotel Operations Pty Ltd T/A Boardwalk Tavern.
Applicants must have strong experience in busy kitchens, be capable with fast paced, high volume service, take pride in food presentation and be effective in a busy team environment.
Key Requirements are:

- Hard working and organized, team player with positive attitude
- Ability to manage your own sections and deliver a consistently high standard of food throughout service
- Take pride in food presentation, always ensuring top quality
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Food Hygiene compliance, knowledge and practices






- Availability for rotating roster across Mon to Sun.
- Job will require approx. 38 hrs per week.
- Completed Trade Qualification & at least 3 years experience

Permanent Full Time role with Salary $73-75k.
