About the Role
An opportunity exists to join the Processing Plant team in the role of Shift Supervisor. The successful applicant will utilise their teamwork knowledge and will receive on-the-job training and guidance by an experienced and supportive team.
The primary responsibilities of a Shift Supervisor include:
Building and maintaining an inclusive culture fostering workplace safety;Leading the Processing team to meet Production targets, minimise costs and implement Process improvements;Supervising and coordinating labour and training requirements;Completing workplace inspections and investigations as required.About the Candidate

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
