A Property Manager at JLL is a dynamic professional at the heart of the commercial real estate industry.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving, ensuring that properties under JLL's management operate at peak performance.
You will benefit from cutting-edge technology and data analytics tools, enabling you to optimize building performance and enhance tenant satisfaction. With a focus on sustainability and innovation, you'll also play a crucial role in creating value for clients while contributing to the development of smarter, more efficient urban environments.
In this role you will work closely with our Head of CBD2 Director in delivering exemplary customer service to an eclectic mix of commercial assets.
You will obtain invaluable exposure across a variety of responsibilities including:
- Tenant relations: Handling tenant inquiries, addressing concerns and ensuring lease compliance.
- Financial management: Preparing budgets, managing expenses and providing financial reports to owners.
- Managing lease agreements, renewals and negotiations.
- Compliance:
Ensuring properties meet all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Attending internal/ external meetings as needed.
- Sustainability initiatives: Implementing and managing energy-efficient and environmentally friendly practices.
- Utilizing property management software and other technological tools to streamline process.
- Providing regular updates and reports to property owners on the performance and status of their assets.

You are a talented and dynamic commercial Property Manager and you are ready to step up your career working with JLL, who is at the forefront of all industry trends and innovations.
Effective communication skills are essential as you will be interacting with property owners, tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
You have familiarity with property management software and possess a solution-orientated mindset in order to assess and address issues quickly.
You’re passionate about offering excellent customer service, can maintain positive relationships with clients and can fulfill tenant needs, addressing concerns in a timely manner.
A NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence is required.
