Currently seeking an Executive Assistant/Operations Manager to work alongside a talented agent that has dominated the Inner West for several years, this opportunity will see you collaborating with one of the industry’s biggest billers. Operating out of picturesque offices, this is a high-profile agency that is built by a team comprised of professional and dedicated individuals who are always going from strength to strength!
The Role: Monday – Friday, you will be the backbone that keeps this top performing agent's day in order.
This role will see you utilize your administration, organizational, and relationship management skills daily to ensure seamless transactions.
As the Executive Assistant, your specific duties will include, but will not be limited to:
Diary, e-mail & appointment management
Preparing Sales listing kits
Liaising with vendors and buyers
Handling exchanges and settlements
Property marketing and advertising
Assisting at property auctions
General administrative tasks
The Candidate: Our successful applicant demonstrates confidence, maturity, and the ability to handle any task. Previous Real Estate experience is essential to be considered. The ideal candidate will also possess:
A current Certificate of Registration
A reliable car and valid driver’s license
Strong administrative skills and computer literacy
Excellent verbal and written communication
Immaculate personal presentation
Strong work ethic and drive
Must have relevant real estate experience
