The Opportunity
As a Senior Manager, People & Culture Services at Dexus you will play a pivotal role in shaping service delivery through driving excellence, consistency and efficiency in the P&C; team. Energised by the opportunity to shape and enhance our P&C; practice,
the focus will be championing continuous improvement across P&C; operations including HR IT, Payroll and P&C; governance.
Your potential realised
The role will oversee day-to-day P&C; operations, with a focus on driving continuous improvement across processes and technology, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop a scalable service delivery model. Additionally, the role will oversee payroll and P&C; policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
You will make an impact by:
Owning and managing the delivery of day-to-day P&C; operations, ensuring operational accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness, including establishing and tracking SLAs. Leading key strategic and operational projects, Workday updates, payroll and other technology related initiatives.
Collaborating with P&C; Business Advisory, and P&C; Centres of Excellence (CoE) to align and strengthen the delivery and execution of P&C; operational processes. Identifying and leading process improvements for P&C; Service delivery (in partnership with P&C; teams) to improve employee experience.
Managing relationships with relevant third-party suppliers.
About You
Ability to collaborate cross functionally as well as within People & Culture team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Demonstrated critical thinking, proactivity and problem-solving mindset.
Advanced stakeholder management skills to inform, persuade, and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring collaboration and alignment with organisational goals.
Strong interpersonal abilities and effective presentation skills for engaging with all organisational levels.
10+ years’ directly experience in a similar role.
5+ years’ prior experience managing people and leading teams is preferred. Prior experience working in a matrix environment.
Experience managing Workday or similar HRIS platform. Experience processes mapping and assessing for operational efficiencies.
Strong, proven experience in P&C; operations, service delivery, and project management, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all P&C; processes.
Strong understanding of P&C; compliance requirements, with thorough documentation and process adherence.
Demonstrated experience in operationalising policies to ensure consistency and efficiency in support of employees and leaders.
