The Role:
MineARC Systems has a great opportunity for a Service Technician to join our Kewdale based Service Department. Reporting to the Service Manager this key role will include regular travel to sites, where our large client base have MineARC Systems products on site at their remote operations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Provide technical support and regular on-site servicing of MineARC Refuge Chambers
- Diagnose and repair technical issues where possible
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients on how to best use and service MineARC products
- Maintain accurate records
- Assist with technical installations & commissioning
- The promotion of MineARC products where possible

About you:
With a genuine interest in technology and innovation, and a strong mechanical aptitude, you are hands on and enjoy getting out in the field, fixing things and talking to people.

- Mechanically savvy,





with hands on experience using tools
- Having a basic understanding of electronics / networking and control systems would be highly desirable
- Fault-finding, UPS system experience and a keen interest in new technologies is also advantageous
- The ability to travel (domestic) when required, including at short notice
- Be customer service focused and solutions orientated
- Previous exposure to underground mining will be highly regarded, although certainly not essential
- Must hold a current Drivers Licence
- You present well, have excellent communication skills and the ability to talk to and build rapport with relevant internal & external stakeholders
- Once trained and up to speed, you can confidently train small groups on the use of MineARC products






- You possess a strong work ethic and are comfortable working autonomously or as part of a team
- Well organised, with solid time-management skills and a keen attention to detail
- The ability to use initiative and take ownership of assigned tasks through to completion
