Our client is an established and growing business with over fifty years in the Australian market providing high quality service to their client base. As a recognised leader within their field of expertise experiencing continual success, they are poised for further growth with the business plan of doubling the size of the organisation within the next three years.
They have 150 team members across manufacturing and head office functions.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be part of the Executive Leadership Team ensuring the effective delivery of People & Culture initiatives across the business. You will be responsible for the development and delivery of operational and strategic advice across the whole employee life cycle, including leadership capability and WH&S.;
In partnership with the Executive Leadership Team, you will develop and direct the P&C; agenda that is closely aligned with the organisation’s overall business strategy. You will review, develop and implement strategic initiatives enhancing leadership capability and building change management. You will be responsible for providing high quality and effective P&C; advice whilst delivering value added service to leaders and employees in line with the overall business strategy.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced P&C; professional with exposure coaching and managing at all levels of an organisation.
You will be excited and passionate about ensuring that the P&C; function is commercial and credible to meet the future needs of the business. You will enjoy being hands on, providing operational and strategic advice, with strong stakeholder management capability with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people.
What you will bring
To be successful you will be degree qualified in Human Resources Management or equivalent with solid exposure within a blue collar environment and proven experience managing WH&S; matters. You will enjoy ‘rolling up your sleeves’ and being part of the business, with a high level of commercial acumen and business interest.
