They are seeking a polished and extremely customer centric Social Media Administrator to support them within their marketing department
This is a fantastic entry-level role, for a proactive, switched-on operator with a natural sales flair and drive to provide red carpet service to customers.
So, what does the role entail?
- The role has two sides, firstly you’ll be interacting with clients both in Australia and New Zealand to answer their questions regarding products and/or offering information around new season stock, past items, repairs and anything in between.
- As you are extremely proud of your high service levels, you’ll be quick to respond, go above and beyond with your detailed answers and want to ensure the customer receives the information they need to make informed decisions to all of their questions.
- The channels will included Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok (plus company specific channels such as the website, contact us pages etc).
- Secondly,
you’ll work alongside the experienced Marketing Specialist to identify quality content that can be utilised in the Australian market.
- There will also be a variety of admin task relating to the customer experience (via socials) that you’ll be tasked with so it’s safe to say you’ll be working in social media accounts ALL day long!
What you bring to the table…
- An absolute PASSION for navigating all social media channels!
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to connect with people easily (you’re known for being the one who loves to ‘chat’ and could banter away all day!)
- Exceptional grasp of grammar, spelling and punctuation
- The ability to multi-task and manage your time effectively – whilst you will gain direction,
they are an adult environment and require all staff to just drive their day.
- A ‘go-getter’ and proactive attitude – you’re outcome focused and like to tick things off your list each day.
- A whizz around a keyboard
This is ideal for someone seeking their first or second job in the workforce as it will offer you the opportunity to SPRINGBOARD your career into the rapidly growing world of Social Media, Marketing & Luxury Goods (ahhh hello industry perks!). It will also enable you to fine tune your client experience skills.
You’ll be offered support along the way, working with some of the most talented crew in the business, and have the benefit of a hybrid work arrangement (yes, you can work from the comfort of your own home a few days per week).
