FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR – EVENTS:
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our members and guests enjoy outstanding event experiences. You will lead a dedicated team and uphold the highest standards of event delivery, service and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise food and beverage staff, ensuring high standards of service and presentation.
- Supervise variety of events from internal ticketed events, meetings, conferences, corporate golf days and weddings between 40-150 guests.
- Manage event operations, logistics, room sets, planning, inventory control, staff scheduling, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and maintain quality control of food and beverage offerings, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new menus, promotions, and events.
- Attend BEO meetings.
FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR – SOL CAFE & BAR: You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our members and guests enjoy outstanding dining experiences in our Cafe & Bar.
You will lead a dedicated team, oversee daily operations, and uphold the highest standards of service and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day operation of SOL Cafe & Bar.
- Supervise food and beverage staff, ensuring high standards of service and presentation.
- Manage daily operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and maintain quality control of food and beverage offerings, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Handle member and guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new menus, promotions, and events.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory role, preferably in a hospitality or golf resort environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Available to work a flexible roster to suit the needs of a 7-day operation.
- Extensive knowledge of bar, wine and cocktails plus barista skills (SOL Cafe & Bar).
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in food and beverage service.
