The role:
Working with the service team, you will be required to:
- Undertake preventative maintenance, reactive and quoted repairs to a variety of equipment types
- Prepare and submit your own quotations, deliver the work once quotations have been approved
- Ensure the work is completed within set timeframes and in a safe, professional, and cost-effective manner
- Deliver improved reliability, energy efficiency, and regulatory compliance
- Complete all reporting and relevant documentation as required for the customer and the company in a timely manner
- Develop good customer relationships, be passionate about providing our customers with great service and take ownership of your allocated sites
About you:
- Be qualified in Certificate III Electrotechnology or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- Hold a current Arctic licence / Refrigerant Handling licence
- Hold a restricted Electrical (D) licence
- Have proven commercial (non-residential) experience servicing HVAC systems
- Be an excellent fault finder
- Be an effective communicator with the ability to work without supervision
- Have a current National Police Check and working with children / or be able to complete one
- Hold a valid driver's licence and have a clean driving record
- Be willing to undergo pre-employment checks prior to appointment to this role
