We have an exciting opportunity for a Grants Administration Officer to join our Infrastructure Grant team for the effective administration of sports funding and grants program. We are seeking a Grants Administration Officer to join our team on a temporary basis up to June 2026. The role will be based in our Sydney Olympic Park office, offering flexible hybrid work arrangements. We offer a competitive salary to the right candidate with salary range starting from $79,032 up to $86,539 per annum plus 11.5% superannuation and 17.5% leave loading. About the role The Grants Administration Officer provides a range of administrative and support services relating to the operation of the Infrastructure Grants team. In this role, you will be required to: · Provide a range of administrative and support services, including records management, routine correspondence, to support the effective operation of the team. · Provide information and guidance to grants applicants, contributing to the efficient and compliant management of Office of Sport for grants administered.
· Support and participate in assessment of grant applications and make recommendations about application eligibility. · Undertake a range of administrative tasks that support the efficient and compliant management of Office of Sport grants, including spreadsheet data entry and oversight, grant management system and shared inbox management. · Provide support to a range of projects, programs, and other initiatives to support Office of Sport development activities. · Update and maintain records and databases, complying with administrative systems and processes, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible For more information view the role description .
