Associate Director, Infrastructure Digitalisation, Temporary, Sydney This is a temporary role for 8 months with a view to extend. This role has a base salary starting at $139,787 - $161,663 plus superannuation, commensurate with experience. To support the digitalisation of future and existing State assets, Infrastructure NSW is currently leading the implementation of the We are currently seeking a highly experienced Associate Director to join the delivery team. Some of the key accountabilities for the role include: Lead with Innovation: Drive development of forward-thinking policies and guidelines that set the benchmark for infrastructure digitalisation. Your work will be instrumental in fostering a culture of innovation across government agencies. Deliver results : Manage specific workstreams and initiatives to develop,
implement and monitor the Infrastructure Digitalisation program including leading efforts to address infrastructure digitalisation capability and enablement gaps, to ensure outcomes of the program are achieved. Advocate for Change: Collaborate with policymakers to drive legislative changes that support infrastructure digitalisation. Your advocacy will help create an environment that nurtures innovation and efficiency. Spotlight Emerging Trends: Identify risks and gaps in current practices, recommending innovative solutions that empower agencies to embrace digitalisation in their infrastructure projects. Engage Stakeholders: Prepare compelling briefings and reports, representing our vision at forums, workshops, and conferences. Your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly will be key in engaging a diverse range of stakeholders.
About You You should have tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Architecture, Public Policy, Planning, Commerce or have extensive relevant experience in a similar role. You must have extensive experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management and capability uplift initiatives to drive and implement new policies or business transformation, ideally in the infrastructure sector. Your strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities enables you to manage a diverse range of stakeholders from across Government, industry and academia.
