System Support Lead Parramatta Location Full Time Permanent Role Salary – $120,859-$133,183 (plus super) Your role With an overall goal to provide streamlined services to ensure the needs of those who use Housing Services are met, this role will support the business in its use of information systems under the control of Property Information. What you’ll do Reporting to the Manager of Asset Information Systems, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited too: Monitoring data acquisition and applications and undertaking system evaluations to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement Providing expert support to divisional and Housing Portfolio staff with the implementation of the property information systems activities to ensure successful deployment of the new products or adoption of new processes Developing internal procedures and guides to be used application training resources to maximise capability of the business in the use of property information systems Providing technical advice to Housing Portfolio staff regarding property information system activities and respond to property information system related queries to enable staff to maximise benefits Ensuring the property information systems are supported and able to deliver accurate data through regular analysis, evaluating and reporting on system performance, and keeping abreast of current options available given the frequent and evolving changes to technology and software What we’re looking for The successful candidate will hold the following: Demonstrated experience in implementing and operating HOMES, SAP Ariba, Salesforce and Mulesoft or similar asset management systems and software. Strong influencing skills to be able to guide the direction of program developments to best meet the department requirements Exceptional written and verbal communication The ability to work autonomously as well as within a team High attention to detail with the ability to identify risks and provide solutions as best as possible For further information, please click here to download the role description .
