We require an experienced mental health clinician who is able to join our team and provide a culturally sensitive service to consumers within St George Mental Health Service catchment area. for employees and family members. Discounted Private Health Insurance. Selection Criteria: To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the below questions as thoroughly as possible. Professional qualification in either Social Work (eligible for membership of AASW), Occupational Therapy with current registration with AHPRA, Registered Nurse with current registration with AHPRA; Psychologist with current registration with AHPRA. High level verbal and written communication skills with fluency in designated community language (Arabic) in addition to English. Demonstrated culturally sensitive experience in the mental health assessment,
treatment and management of persons with a mental illness using a consumer focussed recovery-oriented approach and consumer collaboration in care planning. Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Demonstrated skills in time management and prioritisation of work.
