Manager - Contract Governance, Practice and Reporting Social and Affordable Housing Fund (SAHF) Branch Location : Parramatta Employment Type : Ongoing Full Time Salary : $139,787 - $166,663 plus superannuation and annual leave loading Your role The Manager Contract Governance, Practice and Reporting is responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team to deliver the Social and Affordable Housing Fund program, working in partnership with NSW Treasury and registered community housing providers. The Social and Affordable Housing Fund (SAHF) Branch is a part of the DCJ Partnerships directorate that leads commissioning and contracting practice across DCJ.
The SAHF Branch is a multi-disciplinary team responsible for the delivering the Social and Affordable Housing Fund program working in partnership with NSW treasury and registered community housing providers. The SAHF Branch is responsible for: Leading SAHF procurement transactions when they are approved by government Managing long term, complex commercial services agreements to deliver more social and affordable housing and services Monitoring and managing SAHF provider performance to deliver better outcomes for people in social and affordable housing in line with program objectives Contributing to the development of DCJ contract management frameworks and systems to ensure there is a sound platform for effectively managing SAHF agreements over their 25-year term More information is available on the SAHF can be found by clicking here What you’ll do As a leader in the SAHF team, you’ll be responsible for a range of duties including the following:
leading a multi-disciplinary team managing and maintaining key relationships with external stakeholders overseeing the branch’s corporate reporting and secretariat responsibilities, including for various program, project and dispute avoidance boards overseeing financial and performance reporting systems and processes for the program to ensure reports are accurate, delivered and on-time working with colleagues to continuously improve contract and program management systems and processes You'll work as part of a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to exceeding the expected outcomes of the program. What we’re looking for You’re an experienced manager who is skilled at leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver results. You have a pro-active approach to identifying and solving gaps in the business. You take a mature approach to building credibility with your peers and external stakeholders and managing key relationships. To complement this, you’ll possess: Skills and experience in leading business process design and developing reporting systems. Knowledge of public sector governance requirements.
