Organisational Development Manager Clerk Grade 9/10 with a salary range of $120,859 - $133,183 per annum plus superannuation Temporary role for up to 12 months based in The Rocks, Sydney CBD About the role We are seeking an experienced and proactive Organisational Development Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of a range of People & Culture (P&C;) projects and initiatives for Destination NSW (DNSW). In this role, you will manage key programs, including DNSW’s Reconciliation Journey, Aboriginal Employment Strategy, Leadership and Capability initiatives, develop and training, and employee engagement activities such as the People Matter Employee Survey (PMES) and Exit Survey.
You will drive continuous improvement across the organisation, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with public sector human resources requirements and best practices. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Oversee the successful development and delivery of P&C; projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet time, cost, and quality expectations in consultation with the Destination NSW Leadership Team and Extended Leadership Team. Lead the implementation of DNSW’s Reconciliation Journey and Aboriginal Employment Strategy, working with stakeholders to promote reconciliation and attract Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander talent. Manage Leadership and Organisational Capability initiatives to foster employee growth and support the delivery of business goals, including developing and training staff. Utilise the outcomes of the People Matter Employee Survey (PMES) and Exit Survey to deliver ongoing improvements in leadership, diversity, inclusion, and service delivery.
