Employment Type : Permanent Full Time; 38 hours per week Position Classification : Health Manager Level 3 Remuneration : $122,850 - $139,559 per annum annual leave loading 11.5% Superannuation Location : SLHD District Wide Services; RPAH Camperdown Requisition ID : REQ524305 Sydney Local Health District Clinical Governance Unit is seeking a safety and quality 'all-rounder' to join our supportive & high-performing team About the Opportunity In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the broad Clinical Quality portfolio of the SLHD Clinical Governance Unit and to establish district wide systems that support high levels of governance, clinical practice, safety and quality and systems improvement.





This will include providing facilitation, leadership and support to all staff to promote best practice in quality improvement, clinical practice and clinical audit to achieve improved patient safety and quality outcomes. You will participate in clinical governance processes across the SLHD including the National Safety and Quality Standards of Healthcare, and NSW Health and SLHD policy and service frameworks. The Ideal Candidate is someone who has Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive equivalent work experience in clinical quality, safety and risk management. High level knowledge of the principles of clinical governance, clinical risk management, patient safety, continuous practice and systems improvement. Benefits and Perks Allocated Day Off each month.
