• Unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the Digital Transformation journey at Australia’s oldest parliament whilst contributing to the uplift of Parliament’s change management capabilities. • Temporary full-time position for up to 24 months (with the possibility of extension) • $139,787 – $161,663 per annum (Clerk Grade 11/12), plus employers contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading • Flexible working arrangements (three days in the office, two days working from home), a 35-hour week, access to an onsite gym and cafe. • NSW Parliament, Sydney CBD About us The Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS)





is a specialist service department working to support the operation of the Parliament of NSW by providing logistical support and advice to members, the Departments of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly and the people of New South Wales. Our office is found close to public transport in the heart of the Macquarie Street, next to the State Library and Sydney’s Botanic Gardens. About the position The Senior Change Manager will spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive change strategies and interventions to ensure a seamless transition to Parliament’s new HR and Finance system. In this role, you will be responsible for driving successful stakeholder engagement and guiding the organisation through each phase of the multi-year project. Your focus will be on ensuring the smooth rollout and sustained adoption of the new system, empowering teams to embrace new processes and technologies with confidence. As the Senior Change Manager,





you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across multiple departments (Department of Parliamentary Services, Legislative Assembly, Legislative Council, Members and their staff), building alignment and fostering support to ensure the project’s long-term success.
