Position Information The NSW Department of Education provides, funds and regulates education services for NSW students from early childhood to secondary school, delivering world-class education through its public schools and providing funding support to non-government schools. We employ, develop and support teachers, leaders and other staff to deliver the best outcomes for students and to advance the wellbeing of Aboriginal people. About the Role The Senior Leader will work in partnership with the local Aboriginal Education Consultative Group and the local community to achieve the key accountabilities of the role. The position will also work in collaboration with schools implementing the Connected Communities strategy.

Lethbridge Park Public School has passionate and enthusiastic staff with a range of early career and experienced teachers who focus on creating student centred learning opportunities enabling all students to positively contribute to the culture of the school. The school has embedded, data informed systems and collaborative processes including the use of spirals of inquiry,





data walls and data days that inform explicit, responsive evidenced based teaching and learning programs. A continuous learning culture has been established through the creation and implementation of targeted, high impact professional learning, supportive coaching and mentoring practices and effective QTSS processes. The school is focused on working in collaboration with the whole school community to create an educationally connected school community through a culture of high expectations for all.
