free flu vaccinations and health check programs Access to our Employee Assistance Program Comprehensive learning and development support aligned to icare’s Core Capabilities Our People Awards - On-the-spot Recognition, Quarterly Values Awards & Our People Annual Awards Duties It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; in this role, you will: Oversee daily operations of HR technology stack focusing on SuccessFactors HRIS, ensuring system configurations meet business requirements and best practice and troubleshooting or directing system issues to relevant SMEs, within defined SLA. Apply your extensive knowledge of HR theories, practices, people experiences and digital process design to lead the application of existing digital tools and developing solutions to optimise operations and enable greater productivity and workplace systems integrations. Coordinate, triage and manage all HR systems change requests through Dev, Test & Prod and collaborate with HR & IT teams to identify people system enhancement opportunities.
Lead the implementation of new features and functionalities aligned to business cases and train/support end-users in self-service features of SuccessFactors & ServiceNow. Manage third-party HR technology support vendors and oversee vendor contracts, ensuring renewal/RFP compliance and monitoring performance. Define a technology Roadmap, in partnership with the Head of Payroll & People Systems, to ensure the organisation’s readiness for future technology releases, including embedded Generative and Agentic AI releases within HR technology platforms. Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree level qualification in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field. 5 years of experience in HR technology management, with a focus on SuccessFactors &/or ServiceNow. SAP SuccessFactors certifications, ServiceNow Admin experience,
and knowledge of Agentic or Generative AI technology are desirable. Knowledge of data privacy regulations and HR technology best practice. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to achieve objectives in a collaborative team environment.
