Technical Support Officer This opportunity offers: Ongoing employment (two roles available) Full time role & 35 hour working week Attractive annual salary $94,552 - $104,329 p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation Location: Sydney Olympic Park (hybrid/flexible working arrangements available) Join Our Team: Protect, Serve, and Make a Difference We are the Rural Fire Service (RFS), a dedicated community of volunteers providing fire and emergency services to approximately 95% of NSW. What You’ll be doing: Our Technical Support Officer will provide a broad range of advice in support of users utilising a range of media, including the infrastructure environment and software. The role actively engages with our members to resolve technical issues within a 24/7 emergency services environment. You will be required to participate in a rotating, team work hours roster including weekends, and on an after-hours and/or on-call roster. There is a possibility of extended working hours during extreme fire activity and as required during critical projects. To thrive in this role, you will: Have excellent communication skills. Be tech-savvy and learn new systems quickly.
