A global company in Animal Health and Nutrition, this organisation focuses on the development and supply of advanced pharmaceuticals, feed additives, and solutions to improve livestock health and productivity. Serving industries such as poultry, swine, and cattle, they are committed to enhancing animal welfare and supporting sustainable farming practices. Their innovative products and services are backed by a strong emphasis on research and collaboration with agricultural partners worldwide, making them a trusted resource in the sector.
As part of their continued growth in the Australian market,
they are looking for an up and coming Account Manager with at least several years of professional sales experience. The initial focus will be on rolling out an industry leading application for the poultry sector with the opportunity to take on more responsibility overtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the Australian poultry business.
- Manage key accounts and relationships with major poultry integrators across Australia.
- Collaborate with the global team and build a strong local support network.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to promote related poultry products.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
- Proven experience in account management and strategic sales within the poultry or agriculture sector.
- Excellent time management, organisational, and planning skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal,
with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Australia and engage with a wide range of industry stakeholders.
