Our restaurant is looking for a new employee to be on board with us as follow:

Position: Restaurant Manager

Job types: Permanent full-time

Location: Shop 5/331 Hope Island Rd, Helensvale QLD 4212

Salary: $75,000/year (plus superannuation)

Start date: as soon as possible

Main responsibilities:

- Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and effective service
- Leading, supporting and coaching front-of-house and back-of-house- teams; ensuring staff meet sales targets.
- Managing restaurant expenses and wages; developing and executing marketing plans for future growth.






- Collaborating closely with Chefs and the General Manager to plan restaurant menus and schedule staff shifts.
- Upholding high standards of product quality, daily food safety and sanitation.
- Recruiting and training new employees in product knowledge, core values, culture, and customer service skills.
- Scheduling and managing staff rosters.
- Monitoring customer feedback and handling complaints; resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining equipment, tools, machines, and properties to ensure proper functioning.
- Monitoring and maintaining food and beverage inventory; purchasing supplies as needed.

Other requirements are:

1. Work Eligibility: Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident preferred).
2. Qualifications: at least a Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality management or other relevant fields
3. Previous experience:





At least 2 years working as a hospitality manager
4. Language: Conversant in English and one more language (Vietnamese preferrable) Job types: Full-time, Permanent
