including:
Commercial transactions + commercial litigation
- e.g., buying/selling businesses, business structures, advising on directors/shareholders issues, corporate restructures, joint ventures, licensing/distribution, intellectual property, franchising, employment law, debt recovery, trusts and general commercial contractual disputes;
Construction law
- e.g., advising/drafting building contracts, litigating construction disputes.

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you:
Are a lawyer admitted in NSW with minimum 3+ years’ PAE experience (or MORE) in commercial law/commercial litigation (essential) AND construction law (preferable);
Have proven ability to highly autonomously manage your own files and clients from start to finish;
Are highly adaptable + client-centric + hands-on + proactive + results-focused;
Are highly motivated, organized and can meet deadlines;
Have proven ability to work in a vibrant, busy + fast-paced environment;
