Lendlease has an exciting new opportunity for the Head of Digital Performance & Governance. The Head of Digital Performance and Governance is responsible for steering the Digital function to optimize performance, manage risk, and ensure adherence to governance and compliance standards.
This role is integral to driving digital excellence by establishing key governance frameworks and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance Digital services and ensure the alignment of Digital operations to organizational objectives.
In this role, you will play a critical role in crafting and mobilizing a vision for a high-performance function that inspires and coaches a high-performance Digital team.
On a day-to-day basis you can expect to:
1. Develop and execute a Digital performance plan that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
2. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of digital initiatives.
3. Establish benchmarks and targets for digital performance to guide the Digital Function.
4. Chair the Enterprise Information Management Committee (EIMC) and work closely with our corporate risk, legal, and compliance teams.
5. Champion a highly collaborative and transparent governance culture across the Digital function.
6. Collaboratively set performance targets with stakeholders, ensuring they are well communicated across the Digital function.
7. Provide regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key trends, insights,
and actionable recommendations.
8. Create a framework and KPIs to monitor and report on the performance of strategic partners.
9. Develop and establish holistic risk and compliance management frameworks for the Digital function in collaboration with the Leadership team.
10. Lead the transformation of legacy risk and compliance management and practices across the Digital function and ensure new frameworks are embedded at all levels.
11. Establish and maintain a register of all legal, regulatory, or business-specific compliance requirements.
12. Ensure digital activities comply with relevant industry regulations, legal requirements, and company policies, including data privacy and security standards.
13.
Stay abreast of regulatory changes and emerging best practices to adapt digital governance strategies accordingly.
14. Work with internal and external auditors to coordinate the planning and delivery of all audit activity across the Digital function.
15. Own and manage the Business Continuity Plan for the Digital function. This forms part of the overall Business Continuity Plan.
16. Ensure that all Digital policies are owned and managed in accordance with the Lendlease policy framework.
Your recent professional experience should demonstrate capability or knowledge in the following areas:
1. Experience designing and implementing risk and compliance governance frameworks.
2. Experience in a leadership role.
3. Extensive experience in delivering executive reports, dashboards, performance advice, and KPIs.
4.
Deep experience in engaging, collaborating with, and influencing senior customer stakeholders, providing technology thought leadership, mobilizing initiatives, and delivering impactful outcomes.
5. Strong knowledge of modern data and digital technologies, applied in leading transformative business outcomes that leverage such capabilities.
6. Experience in managing performance in accordance with strategic objectives and influencing alignment to agreed outcomes.
7. Familiar with necessary Digital and industry frameworks and standards.
8. Managing risk and assurance services in large complex organizations.
9. Demonstrated experience in guiding and developing people in accordance with strategic plans.
10.
Fostering a continuous-learning and continuous-improvement culture and embedding mechanisms and ways of working to achieve these outcomes.
