More About the Role at Prospa

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll be the driving force behind our internal and external communications. You’ll work with our PR agencies and key stakeholders to create stories that engage customers and sales partners. You’ll also work with internal stakeholders and executives to create compelling messaging for our employees and support our CEO with key events. **What you'll be doing:** - Organising and running monthly All Hands and Ask Me Anything sessions with the CEO,





including message development and content preparation. - Coordinating all internal and external events and communications led by the CEO and CRO, ensuring clear messaging. - Measuring the effectiveness of internal communications and use insights to improve. - Collaborating with stakeholders and external agencies for PR support. - Executing PR initiatives, including media outreach, press releases, and events. - Assisting the sales team with key messaging and research.< - Collecting and analysing data to assess messaging effectiveness and suggest improvements. - Managing budgets and track expenses to keep campaigns on budget. **What you'll need to succeed:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Proven experience as a communications specialist, preferably in a fast-paced environment. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Experience collaborating with C-suite executives. - Familiarity with PR agencies. - Excellent organisational and project management skills.





- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Proven ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships.Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about marketing and branding.
