Role Summary






We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee the fulfilment of strategic goals for our client’s expansion in Australia. In this role, you will coordinate and manage multiple projects within the organisation to ensure alignment with the company’s broader objectives. You will be responsible for improving efficiencies, building long-term strategies, and ensuring all programs are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a comprehensive program management plan aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Oversee and coordinate multiple projects to ensure they contribute towards organisational goals.
- Define and maintain program controls, including processes, procedures, and reporting frameworks.
- Plan and monitor the overall progress of programs, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Establish and manage program budgets, ensuring resource allocation aligns with organisational needs.
- Identify, assess,





and manage risks and issues across the program lifecycle, implementing corrective measures where necessary.
- Facilitate communication and interdependencies between various projects to ensure synergy and efficiency.
- Act as the key liaison between internal stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration across different departments.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

Requirements

- Strong experience in project and program management, ideally within the energy or infrastructure sector.
- Broad knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
- Proven ability to align projects and programs with broader business and strategic goals.






- Excellent leadership and management skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

Certifications

- Certification in Project Management (e.g., CAPM, PMP, PgMP).
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) is advantageous.
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
