About the Role

- Manage day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction and excellent service
- Develop strategies to increase sales and drive the team towards achieving KPI's

train and motivate staff in order to maintain a high standard of customer service
- Lead and support a small team of up to 6

- Proven experience in a retail environment
- Demonstrable success in leading and motivating teams
- A good understanding of financial targets and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
