About the role As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in leading creative projects from concept to completion. Working closely with the Group Marketing Manager,
you'll develop and execute high-quality digital and print media designs. You'll mentor junior designers and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure our visual identity is cohesive and compelling.
Key Responsibilities Lead the design and production of digital assets, including social media graphics, EDMs, presentations, infographics, and web design.Develop and execute creative concepts for branding, marketing collateral, digital campaigns, and event materials.Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and meet business objectives.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, fostering professional growth.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and web development, to create cohesive and impactful designs.Stay updated with the latest design trends and continuously improve the company's visual identity.Oversee the design and production of marketing emails,
ensuring they are on-brand and optimised for engagement.Contribute innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions to enhance creative strategy and direction. Experience & qualifications Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital and graphic design, preferably in a corporate environment.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other design tools (Figma, Sketch).Strong portfolio showcasing branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling expertise.Experience in designing digital platforms, including social media, websites, email newsletters, and digital advertising.Basic knowledge of print production processes and preparing designs for print (brochures, posters, flyers).Video editing and animation experience is essential for creating dynamic multimedia content.Familiarity with UI/UX design principles is a plus,
as well as basic working knowledge of Webflow, WordPress, or other CMS platforms.A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience will be considered. Why join us?
