Head of Operations | International QSR Brand
With plans for a rollout across the country, we are seeking a business-savvy Executive Manager to be the Head of Operations and lead the development of the Australian market for this International brand. Our client seeks an experienced business builder who is hands-on and can both develop and follow a strategy for growth. The Company: A privately owned Hospitality Investment company that is taking the rights to launch this international brand in the Australian market. the client now seeks to appoint a national Head of Operations Manager who will be charged with the strategic development and rollout across the nation, operational execution, business growth, and management of the senior team across the portfolio. The Role: Reporting into the company Board of Directors, the Head of Operations is a key role in the Senior Management of the business and will lead the charge in focusing on new growth areas, openings, operations, and ROI. In this role, you will be leading the teams in new initiatives, operational strategies, positive growth of EBITDA, and development of growth plans and opportunities. Role Overview: Analysis of budgetary targets, auditing of financial and key business metrics. Develop bi-annual plans that drive efficiency and effectiveness in operations across people, processes, customers, and performance. Develop strategies across the brand to define marketing initiatives across each territory. Take responsibility to open up stores, roll up your sleeves, and execute tasks.
Assess and implement new technologies and operational enhancements across the group. Responsibility for Budgetary Reporting across Revenue, ROIC, and EBITDA metrics. Ideally, Experiences Include: A strong background of achievement in financial goals as well as operational advancement. Experience in launching brands and scaling growth and new openings. Must be a top communicator at all levels from employees, management, and stakeholders. Very well connected and adept at supplier agreements, supply chain, and product delivery. Come from a diverse operational background where you are across all departments from marketing and media to team development and leadership. Ideally, you will have an MBA or Bachelor's as a minimum.
Proven analytic skills and the ability to implement strategies to improve outcomes. Overall, must be highly organized and detail-oriented to ensure overall consistency across the brands. You must be a strong people person and able to develop positive workplace and management level cultures.
