As the Senior Test Manager in Group Digital at Asahi Oceania, you will lead the development and implementation of robust testing best practices and standards across the enterprise. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive testing initiatives, ensuring the quality and reliability of our digital solutions through comprehensive testing strategies, plans, and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide testinag standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to refine testing strategies.
- Lead and mentor teams of Test Managers, Analysts, and offshore teams.
- Oversee the creation and execution of detailed test plans and schedules.
- Drive test automation and enhance coverage of critical applications.
- Manage end-to-end testing, including planning, execution, and reporting.
About You
You are a strategic leader with a deep understanding of testing methodologies and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement. You bring:
- 15-20 years of experience in software testing with 5-10+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Expertise in test automation tools and program testing methodologies.
- Proven experience managing complex testing projects and offshore teams.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably within FMCG.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies and approach in line with data governance and compliance standards.
- Continuous improvement of our testing practice and culture in Group Digital.
- Oversee the creation and execution of detailed test plans, ensuring key project milestones are met.
- Lead the adoption of test automation with increased coverage of critical applications within our projects and BAU operations.
- Collaborate across all parts of Group Digital to integrate testing as a fundamental part of our ways of working.
- Coach and mentor project teams on standardized test management practices.
- Lead a team of Test Leads and Analysts, fostering a performance-driven culture.
About You
You’re driven by a commitment to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement, always seeking ways to enhance our testing processes and outcomes. You have a strong background in leadership and testing practices within a complex and dynamic technical landscape. You bring a strategic mindset, hands-on expertise, and a passion for leading high-performing teams, along with:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years in a Test Manager or similar leadership role.
- 5+ years managing teams with a focus on performance.
- Expertise in test automation tools and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Exposure to ERP systems, preferably within FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
