Who you are
We’re on the lookout for a Senior Business Analyst to become a key member of our Revenue Operations (RevOps) team. In this position, you will serve as the vital connection between our business goals and operational implementation. Your focus will be on collecting comprehensive requirements, documenting workflows, managing small-scale projects, and analysing data to guide our decision-making processes. Your impact will be instrumental in refining our systems, enhancing performance, and driving operational excellence throughout the organisation.

What you will do
- Gather Requirements: Engage with stakeholders to identify needs, pain points, and objectives, and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation of processes, systems, and project deliverables.
- Data Analysis: Analyse operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Project Co-ordination: Manage small to medium-sized technical projects,
working closely with the Revenue Systems team to ensure timely completion and alignment with business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams in sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure operational alignment and consistency.
- Process improvement: Identify areas of inefficiency and recommend system or process changes to increase productivity and revenue outcomes.
- Tool Optimisation: Help optimise the use of RevOps tools and platforms, ensuring that users are getting the maximum benefit from them.
What you’ll need
- 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Proven experience in gathering requirements and producing high quality documentation.
- Experience coordinating technical projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and solve complex problems with minimal oversight.
- Familiarity with common RevOps systems such as CRM, Marketing Automation, CPQ/Billing, CX etc.
Some ‘nice to haves’
- Experience working within a RevOps function or SaaS business model.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, or BI platforms.
- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
- Experience with the following technology stack (SugarCRM, HubSpot, Gainsight) would be greatly beneficial!
