Located adjacent to the Capitol Theatre in Sydney and a short walk from Darling Harbour and China Town is The Capitol Hotel Sydney. Having recently undergone a full hotel refurbishment,
the hotel features 94 new accommodation rooms & a 40 seat restaurant, housed in a stunning heritage listed building. You can expect something a little more unique than your typical traditional hotel experience at The Capitol Hotel Sydney, with a touch of theatre at every turn.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel and drive excellence in guest service
- Ensure the team is customer focused,
being proactive in identifying customer needs
- Welcome and assist with all guest arrivals, departures and requests
- Actively resolve guest issues and challenges presented on shift, including responding to guest feedback
- Assist the FOM with rostering, training and provide leadership for the greater Front Office team
- Assist Food and Beverage team
Skills & Experience
- Strong Opera PMS experience
- Previous hotel supervisory experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Pride in personal presentation and grooming essential
- Experience training & developing front line staff
