Seeking an Residential Broker Support Officer to join a collaborative team at a scaling Medical Finance Company in the heart of Brisbane CBD

As a Residential Mortgage assistant, you will be assisting a team of brokers in servicing residential mortgages for customers within the medical industry.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you'll be a key player in the operations team, responsible for:
- Collaborating with a team of brokers to ensure that all clients are serviced in a positive and timely manner
- Verify documentation for accuracy, validity, and compliance with policies and legislation,
ensuring thorough understanding of loan products and policies.
- Provide exceptional service, verify supporting loan documentation, follow up on incomplete documentation, and maintain regular client communication with internal stakeholders
- Conducting income verification, credit history, asset and liability assessments
The Successful Candidate will:
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Strong understanding of self-employed, PAYG, SMSF and Trust structure
- Prior experience with Connective as a mortgage aggregator or Mercury as a CRM
- Be adaptable and have excellent problem solving skills
- Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking highly desired
