Job Role and Key Skills: Financial Advice Remediation Analyst
POSITION SUMMARY
Kirra Services is currently looking for the position of RG 146 Qualified Assessor, based in Sydney & Melbourne for the global technology innovator and world's leading IT company.

Mandatory Requirements:
- RG-146 Certified (all modules)
- 4+ years’ experience in complex financial advice remediation programs, with at least 1 year in a Quality Assurance role
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientation
- Ability to coach and mentor junior staff to remediate quality issues
Desired Attributes and Skills:
- Proficient in Excel
- Prior supervisory experience
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers to understand and document complaint specifics including all relevant details
- Follow-up and follow-through as required (via both email and telephone)
- Request relevant information including confidential documents to inform assessment of complaints
- Document customer information and case assessment work papers and outcomes in case management system in required format and level of detail
- Draft formal ‘Assessment Outcome’ document to be shared with both client and customer
- Identify opportunities to refine assessment and compensation calculation methodologies and work collaboratively with project management to implement
- Conduct Quality Assurance reviews of junior staff’s work products and deliverables
- Provide coaching to junior staff where required
- Act as a point of escalation for junior team members
- Act as a point of escalation for customers on complex remediation issues and/or disputes
- Work collaboratively with Squad Lead and Project Workforce Management on resourcing workflow and performance issues
Preferred location and On-Site requirements for anyone who starts on this project -Ideally Melb, with Syd also being workable. The engagement will be able to accommodate a hybrid working model in the future,
but in the first instance, the strong preference is to have staff on-site (Melb CBD/ Syd CBD).
Can work be done remotely? -Work must be done on-shore. Work to be performed at client offices. On-site initially; potential for hybrid work after initial on-boarding, training and trial period.
Require basic background checks + police checks to be completed.
