We have an exciting, career changing opportunity, leadership position for a Head Designer to look after the Sheridan Outlet Channel

As the Head Designer for Sheridan Outlet, you will be responsible for:

- Design and product development of Bedlinen, Cushions & Throws and Bathe Towels & Robes categories for Sheridan Outlet store
- Managing a team including a Design Assistant
- Collaborating with the Design team to create artwork and product designs within agreed deadlines
- Trend and competitor analysis






- Working with the sourcing team to develop product from design concept to sampling stage
- Completing technical specifications for all development
- Maintaining the high-quality design standards
- Creating initial concepts, specifications and quotes, cost approvals and bill of materials
- Adhering to company critical path and timelines

What experience can I bring to Sheridan?

- At least 5 years design and leadership experience
- Skilled in Adobe design suite and Microsoft office
- Product and or Textile design experience
- High level of commercial creativity
- Ability to create and interpret a design brief
- High level knowledge of global trends
