And we’re on the hunt for a talented Senior Account Director [Digital] to join our buzzing (and flourishing) Strategy team!

Working alongside the Strategy Director and the performance team,





you will have overall responsibility for client performance and results across all engaged channels. You’ll be required to understand clients’ business needs and work with them to build/facilitate digital strategies to help them achieve their business goals. While working with a team of channel specialists, you will be responsible for client’s digital growth, overall satisfaction and experience.

Day to day you’ll:

- Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of multi-service, growth-oriented clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute impactful multi-channel digital campaigns, including social media, content strategy, SEO, paid media, email marketing, CRM, website optimisation and data projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including top-tier clients.
- Facilitate workshops, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and client onboarding sessions. Including the creation of presentations and plans.
- Promote and encourage integrated work across data, creative, and performance.






- Communicate complex strategies and campaign results clearly and effectively.
- Identify new opportunities for digital and social innovation, ensuring quality assurance and best practices in all projects.
- Ensure our integrated services are included in every client engagement, and innovation is pushed
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to develop and implement short- and long-term digital strategies across all funnel stages.
- Mentor team members with a focus on strategic insights, digital content creation, and analytics reporting.
- Manage client budgets efficiently and coordinate with teams to allocate resources effectively.

We are looking for someone with:

- Minimum tertiary education preferred but not required






- Minimum 6-7 years experience in a relevant field/role
- Previous experience in either SEO or PPC preferred
- Strong competency and experience in omni channel digital marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing, SEO, CRO and email marketing
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deliverables, deadlines, detail and relationships at the same time
- High level understanding of attribution solutions
- Strong commercial acumen and have a real passion for data
- A proven track record in finding efficiencies with spend and reducing fees
- Experience in both lead generation and e-commerce highly regarded
- ​​Ability to influence, motivate and collaborate with staff at all levels of the organisation
- Strong listening skills and solution orientated

- Strong communications and presentation skills in meetings and client workshops
- Ability to build long standing relationships with clients
- Positive attitude and a can-do approach. Happy to get stuck in.

- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients from different cultural backgrounds
