About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking an Specialist MEM Productivity for a position based in Perth. This role offers a Monday to Friday roster for a 14 month duration.
The role will be apart of the Improvement Division reporting to the Principal MEM Productivity which plays an integral role in supporting our site-based teams in the implementation Labour Blueprint. This opportunity will leverage both technical and adaptive techniques to provide a simplified engagement solution for our site-based teams.
This opportunity involves being deployed to sites, coaching and developing teams to utilise the MEM Improvements labour engagement application. In addition, the role will implementing standardisation projects & define best practice to the broader business.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Continuously develop & support Category 3 Labour Application to ensure that it is fit for purpose and simple to use.
Support & assist queries of CAT3 Application usage from MEM site-based personnel.
Coach site MEM teams using the application and demonstrate the best practice through the supporting process flow.
Review & analysis RTIO CAT3 Labour strategy against the actual usage of CAT3 labour across RTIO sites.
Create reporting for CAT3 usage and feedback to site teams on utilisation of CAT3s and direction on potential improvement initiatives.
Define drivers & responsibilities for embedded Category 3 MEM roles across the Pilbara Mine Operations
Provide guidance to RTIO procurement & planning teams for alignment on strategy & contract.
Support Human Resources with continuous improvement of the Rio Tinto Labour Blueprint
Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external technical specialists.
Contribute toward an inclusive culture through collaboration with peers across the broader Improvement and Maintenance Planning & Engineering (MP&E;) teams.
Skills and Experience required:
Bachelor of Engineering Degree or relevant field
MEM site experience working in Pilbara based workshops
Experience maintaining or completing projects on Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME)
Data Analytical Skillset (SQL or equivalent) MS office, teams, sharepoint
C class drivers licence
