They're seeking a driven Marketing & Digital Strategy Manager to elevate their established marketing function. With strong organic foundations in place (6,000+ wholesale customers, consistent lead generation), they offer the opportunity to implement innovative paid strategies and drive growth across their portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead digital growth strategies across paid and organic channels
- Drive investment marketing initiatives for portfolio companies
- Manage a distributed team of specialists across APAC
- Own the marketing automation strategy (HubSpot ecosystem)
- Balance creative marketing approaches with compliance requirements
- Oversee PR/communications strategy
- Manage and optimise marketing budget allocation
- Drive measurable ROI through digital initiatives
Your Impact:
- Implement new paid digital strategies with significant budget
- Scale lead generation while maintaining quality
- Drive portfolio company investment marketing
- Enhance marketing automation and digital tools
- Lead cross-regional marketing initiatives
Required Experience:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly paid channels
- Track record in financial services or venture capital marketing
- Experience with marketing automation (HubSpot preferred)
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach
- Understanding of compliance requirements in financial services
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Experience in fast-paced, growth-focused environments
