We are looking for passionate and eager individuals with at least two years of experience within an upmarket Fine Dining Restaurant or 5 Star Hotel operation and previous experience at a Chef de Partie level to join our signature restaurant on Level 36, Altitude.
As our new Chef de Partie, you will be experienced in various cooking techniques, have a flair for creativity, and understand multiple sections of the Kitchen, including grill, larder, and pastry.
You will be passionate about presenting and serving dishes of the highest quality, using seasonal local Australian produce.
You must possess excellent communication skills while working in a fast-paced environment and supporting the development of other Chefs,
including Commis and Demi Chefs, Cooks, and Apprentices.
A passion and a heart for Hospitality are essential.
A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and a Food Safety certificate are mandatory for all positions.
You will be provided with strong guidance and the opportunity to grow your career in a friendly and harmonious work environment.
You will be paid on an hourly wage basis under the Hospitality Industry General Award 2020.
You must have full-time work rights in Australia.
Student Visa holders will not be considered, as we require full-time ongoing employment at this stage.
