Frank Mac’s is seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead our high-performing team of bar professionals. Key Responsibilities
Floor Management & Guest Experience: Oversee floor operations, managing both staff and hosting to ensure an outstanding and memorable guest experience from entry to departure.
Team Recruitment & Training: Lead recruitment initiatives, organize staff trials, and conduct comprehensive training to foster a skilled, service-driven team.
Compliance: Ensure the venue adheres to health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily venue operations, ensuring smooth service flow, compliance with quality standards, and an unforgettable guest experience.
Team Leadership: Build and inspire a high-performing team, providing guidance, training, and support to elevate service quality and team morale.
Guest Relations: Create a welcoming and customer-centric environment, handling guest inquiries and concerns professionally.
Financial Management: Manage budgeting, cost control, and revenue enhancement strategies to ensure optimal financial performance.
Inventory and Procurement: Maintain high standards for ingredients and supplies through diligent inventory and procurement management.
Event Management: Collaborate with marketing and events teams to execute seamless and successful events.
Research and Development: Innovate with cocktail and food offerings and develop an impressive menus.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of management experience in a similar high-end venue.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, mixology, and service systems.
- Proven success in team management, customer service, and financial oversight.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and to foster a welcoming guest experience.
