About the Role:
As a Sponsorship Sales Representative at Aventedge, you’ll drive event growth by meeting sponsorship revenue targets and providing tailored solutions that align with client needs. This role involves engaging with new and existing clients, conducting needs analyses, and presenting high-value sponsorship packages. You'll also collaborate closely with the production and sales support teams to maximise campaign success and enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sponsorship Targets: Meet or exceed revenue targets and event milestones to drive the predictable growth of our event portfolios.
- Develop and Execute Sales Campaigns:
Create and implement sponsorship sales strategies tailored to each event’s unique value proposition.
- Engage in Consultative Selling: Follow the Aventedge Sponsorship Sales Process, ensuring a solution-driven approach that maximises client value.
- Market Mapping and Opportunity Generation: Proactively identify target accounts and generate opportunities through strategic market mapping.
- Collaborate with Sales Support and Production Teams: Provide tactical guidance to the Sales Intelligence Support (SIS) team and collaborate with production to address issues and brainstorm revenue-driving ideas.
- Maintain CRM Accuracy: Ensure all activities, interactions, and pipeline records are updated for transparency and accurate forecasting.
- Post-Event Evaluation and Client Retention: Conduct post-event reviews to assess sponsor satisfaction, improve future engagements, and drive rebooking rate
