What will your day look like?
Manage a team of in office and field-based employment relations experts. You will make sure that the team is supporting small to medium businesses across Australia with their complex ER/HR challenges.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Manage and support the wider team with your expertise in Employment/Industrial relations
- Conduct seminars and other marketing opportunities, which may include media appearances, as allocated to you, in a professional manner
- Look for opportunities to grow the team and the overall department
- Work with and support other areas of the business, including our employment relations advise team
Your story so far
The perfect fit for this role will have:
- Prior demonstrated experience running employment matters such as disciplinary action, restructures, and performance management.
- Prior experience managing ER/HR professionals
- A strong understanding and working knowledge of National Employment Standards and the ability to interpret the Australian Modern Award systems.
- Developed good commercial acumen in a professional environment
- A degree in HR or equivalent (Industrial Relations, Employment Law etc.)
