We are searching for a talented Assistant Manager to joina well-established women's fashion retailer catering to mature customers, for their St Ives boutique. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team in a stylish, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily store operations,
including opening and closing
- Deliver personalised service to mature clientele
- Support staff management, training, and rostering
- Maintain stock control and visual merchandising standards
- Help achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Ensure smooth operations when the Store Manager is unavailable
What We Are Looking For
- Previous leadership experience in retail
- Strong customer service skills with leadership experience
- A passion for working with mature customers and providing personalised advice
- Confidence in stock management, admin tasks, and cash handling
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Availability to work 4 days per week, including weekends
