Full-time Client Service Manager position available at TCP Training, offering a salary package of $75,000 to $80,000 plus superannuation in Sydney NSW 2000.

TCP Training is a leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO ID 91118) offering a range of accredited and non-accredited training courses across Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth. We provide flexible training solutions tailored to individuals, businesses, and government clients.

We are seeking a dedicated Client Services Manager to lead our client service team,





ensuring the highest standard of service delivery across all training programs. This role is crucial in enhancing client relationships and aligning service strategies with our business goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement client service policies tailored to the training industry, ensuring high standards in course delivery, student engagement, and satisfaction.
- Manage and support inquiries, enrolments, and feedback to improve the student experience across classroom, online, and workplace training programs.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments, such as training team, marketing team and compliance team, to align course offerings with client needs, industry trends, and compliance requirements.
- Oversee the client service team in handling registration, certification, and course administration processes.
- Build relationships with individual students, businesses, and organisations to drive growth and retention.

Requirements:

- Minimum diploma in business management or any related field.






- Must have minimum of one year experience in a client service manager role.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management software.
- Preferably having experience and knowledge in the training industry.

Salary:
The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $75,000 - $80,000, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
