The teaching position
Permanent
Full-time (1.0 FTE)
Commencing Term One 2025
We are seeking applications from suitably qualified teachers who have the capacity to deliver the following VET courses.
- Business Services
- Retail
- Skills for Work and Vocational Pathways
Applicants should be enthusiastic, collegial, collaborative, flexible and prepared to deliver these VET courses in an innovative teaching and learning environment, and have:
- a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- a deep understanding of curriculum and pedagogy.
- a capacity to integrate technology innovatively to enhance teaching and learning within the Canvas Learning Management System.
- a willingness to mentor a group of students to provide support and guidance throughout their learning journey.
About you:
- Compliance with NSW Child Protection Legislation - Working with Children Check clearance
- Tertiary Qualification in Education
- Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) - conditionally accredited teachers and new graduates are welcome to apply
- Demonstrated knowledge or experience on student wellbeing focused programs and/or initiatives
- Sound knowledge of and commitment to our Catholic faith and mission in Catholic education.
