FBA Operations team is seeking highly motivated Program Manager(PM) for FBA Supply Chain Operations. The successful Operations PM will be responsible for implementing and managing fulfilment operations in Australia by building strategic processes and leveraging existing products to be successful in the AU Fulfilment Network. The role is a mix of people and process management and a successful candidate is one who can respond to day to day operational issues, while maintaining a focus on the bigger picture.
This person will be responsible for managing and the performance of supply chain programs and will be responsible for creating metrics that will provide visibility to day to day operations while also identifying necessary improvements. You will audit, hold other internal teams accountable through defined metrics, handle escalations, improve processes (e.g., SOPs or automation) and effectively communicate with key stakeholders.
Masters Degree/MBA, Certification in process excellence (PMI, Lean, Six Sigma) - Exposure to working with technology teams and solving operational issues using technology
