As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for the effective operation and guest experience delivery of the Eos Hotel Front Office operations. You will ensure that all guests receive exceptional service each day in all moments and experiences throughout their stay, whilst embedding a 'live extraordinary' guest experience culture throughout the Front Office team. Delivering on the heightened expectations of 'a new level of luxury and indulgence' that we have promised our guests,
the Front Office Manager will achieve this by ensuring that the five Eos brand pillars are reflected in everything we do - distinctive, unexpected, indulgent, personalised, and magnetic. The Front Office team will interact in ways that create guest loyalty and positive word of mouth, not only throughout Australia, but Internationally as well.
With proven experience in delivering exceptional Front Office Hotel operations and heightened guest experience in a luxury hotel environment, you will continue your success through your demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Front Office and Reservations systems. You will possess a high attention to detail and superb organisational ability, accompanied with a natural ability to create and nurture a performance-focused culture in your team, whilst motivating, inspiring and celebrating team success.
